Our company has been conducting business both in Cyprus and abroad since 1997 in the field of steel structures, construction of steel framed residences, parking premises, storage facilities, factories and schools, using advanced American technology. The cost of these constructions is lower than that of usual types of constructions; they are assembled fast, are earthquake resistant, fire-safe and free of the major problems and disadvantages present in usual construction methods and posses other countless advantages such as soundproofing, waterproofing etc.

The Company is a family business, its founding members are from Limassol, Cyprus, and they have undergone theoretical and practical training in the United States and Mexico in these types of constructions.

The company employs several members of the family who work as a team having as main purpose the further development of the Company through their personal zeal, interest and responsibility. Besides the family members holding positions in the General Management, Human Resources Management, Finance-Accounting, Sales Management departments, etc., the company employs a great number of members and technical personnel such as architects, civil engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, geologists, legal consultants, auditors and financial advisors.

Until recently, the company offered its services as commissioners and residential building contractors using its own plans or through the adoption and implementation of plans made by the architects of the customer's preference. In addition, the Company is actively engaged in the import of construction materials. Moreover, the Company is presently acting as a representative of the giant American Company SUNWAY HOMES, which is exclusively specialised in the field of these particular type residences, prefabricated residences and structures in Cyprus, Greece and other countries in the Middle East.

The Company delivers the residences in a very short period of time after the signing of the relevant contract and customers are left fully satisfied. For this reason and in response to the general demand, it has been unanimously decided to expand the activities of the Company. An increased demand for functional residences is expected, so prospects are encouraging.

The Company has also decided to expand its activities beyond the construction, agency and import areas, and it intends to carry on works connected with the development of its own land by building residential complexes to be made available to the public, something that will undoubtedly lead to increased profits.

Additionally, there is an increased demand and prospect for the development and expansion of the company's activities abroad, namely in the Middle East and Greece. The Company has already received very attractive proposals from those regions. We have recently proceeded to the development of a factory for the cutting, processing, preparation, and production of the necessary construction items, so besides saving money, the Company will operate a faster, more efficient and more reliable assembly line.

The Company intends to develop its land alone as well as in cooperation with other landowners, or Property Companies on the basis of special consortium agreements or in any other manner the company may consider convenient for all parties.

The potential profits of the Company, through the development of its own land and/or the lands of its partners, either alone or in any joint venture, are expected to grow without increasing the prices of the residences. On the contrary, the constructions will be offered at prices lower and more competitive than those offered by other contractors who use traditional methods of construction and even cheaper than constructions offered by constructors making the same kind of constructions since our company will not need to import materials as there will be an in situ cut, assembly line and construction of the residences, something that will result in lower production costs.  

Despite the fact that the Company is specialized primarily in the field of steel structures, it does not ignore traditional constructions methods, and protected buildings in selected rural and urban areas so it is planning to start operations in this field either alone or in partnership with specialized Companies by developing and offering standard traditional buildings to selective customers in Cyprus and abroad.
