Stelios Apostolidis is an independent property valuer with a robust background in data analytics. His extensive experience in working with large databases and his research interest in statistical methods such as Automated Valuation Models (AVM), property indices and Monte Carlo Simulations allow him to approach real estate valuation practice from a multifaceted perspective. Stelios' real estate professional experience encompasses a blend of property valuation, data analysis and advisory roles. As a valuer, he has assessed properties for a diverse range of entities such as banks, insurance companies, and investment funds, including high-value assets. Moreover, he has been actively involved in appraising large portfolios of non-performing loans (NPL). Additionally, he serves as an Academic Laboratory Assistant in the Real Estate Department of Neapolis University of Pafos. In this capacity, he contributes to the teaching of real estate economics and valuation courses. Furthermore, he takes on the role of project manager for the recently published Neapolis Property Price Index (NPPI), currently monitoring housing price trends across all cities in Cyprus. Stelios holds a BSc in Real Estate Valuation & Development and a MSc in Banking, Investment & Finance.
